It never ceases to amaze me...
BitTorrent seed farmer found guilty, faces 10 years in jail


You know, I remember this guy *online only*. What you read isn't completely accurate and a little overstated. The charges that he got can have up to 10 years, but he, legally, can not receive a 10 year sentence, frankly, because the rest of us didn't get 10 year sentences.

I remember promoting him from moderator to administrator for the sole purpose that he had a seed box and he could give illegal software to other 'Uploaders'. Our arrangement was that he would be the admin of the uploaders to keep good content flowing throughout the site.

Another sad day for the cause.
