Hearing Is Coming Well, a week from today I will be heading to the courthouse for my "Clarifications of Conditions of Supervised Release" hearing. This hearing is to, basically, let me know if the Probation Office has the power to force me to use Windows, seeing as nothing they have let me read or sign has explicitly stated that fact.

It is a toss-up right now as to how I think the outcome will play out. My lawyer assures me that the worst thing that can happen is that the judge will tell me to install Windows and comply with the Monitoring Program. That would be the worst case scenario. The best case, obviously, is he thinks that I should be able to use FREE software and doesn't force me to switch.

Also, I am thinking of creating a myspace page... out of sheer boredom I assure you... let me know what you think about that...
