PRISON UPDATE!!!
Hello Everyone,

I thought that it seemed fitting for an update of sorts... considering that there isn't much that goes on here (new), I thought I would just give you guys a quick glimpse into the reality that is called 'prison'.

Aside from this being my 8-week anniversary here... nothing new ever happens. Each day is a repeat of the same monotonous routine... wake up, go to work, eat lunch, go back to work, leave work, eat dinner, and then sleep. Now in between all of those individual happenings is a lengthy period of NOTHINGNESS.

Let me define 'nothingness': a situation or happenstance in which there is nothing to do

Now, this prison is filled with nothingness. For example: weekends. Now, I consider anything over 10 hours of sleep part of nothing. On the weekends, you can sleep as much as you want. From the time you lay down on Friday night, until Monday morning at 6AM, you can sleep, if you so choose (and people do). The thing that is the worst about the whole situation, is that I can only sleep no more than 8-10 hours, and if I nap during the day, that gets subtracted from my nighttime slumber... so I am SOL. But, if I try hard, and I mean real hard, I can normally find something to occupy my time.

A prison 'friend' lent me a book called 'The Abs Diet'. Now this book is from the editor of Men's Health, and it is all about training for a 6-pack, and core strength. The reason the book is so good (here), is that the author must have spent some time in prison (I doubt he really did though), because each workout can be manipulated to work in the prison setting. Genius at its finest. So I started that last week, and I am working towards gaining my 6-pack back. I have 94 days left, and I feel it is highly attainable.

In other words, when I come back home, I plan on bringing a lot of SEXY BACK (if you catch my drift).

Anyways, enough with all of this. I will let you all return to your non-prison lives... and I will return to hell.

Take Care,
Scott
